The Dallas CTO Club is officially underway!
We gathered at The Fifth for our inaugural happy hour—a relaxed evening focused entirely on introductions, breaking the ice, and sparking momentum for what this community will become.
Our fellow member Rameshwar Balanagu led the room as we shared our backgrounds, discussed the current tech landscape in North Texas, and talked about what we’re most looking forward to building together as a peer group.
A few big themes from our launch night:
- Peer-to-Peer Connection: Creating a trusted, vendor-free space for DFW tech leaders to candidly share playbooks and challenges
- Future Topics: Mapping out the key operational and strategic trends we want to tackle in upcoming sessions
- Community Vision: Shaping how the Dallas CTO Club can serve as a catalyst for local engineering leadership
